Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Óscar Leiria started the match with the kick off. Carlos Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Pinho in the 9th minute of play. Carlos Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Óscar Leiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Porcarica FC's goalkeeper Domingos Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusébio Borba. With his leg Domingos Viana managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when SC Massadas's David Santarém fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. David Santarém could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Domingos Viana made a huge save. David Santarém blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domingos Viana having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Porcarica FC's zone, Eduardo Paredes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Viana came out of the goal and Eduardo Paredes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Santarém recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Paredes in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingos Viana saved Porcarica FC from getting behind. Porcarica FC's Manuel Pinho got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Pinho in the 33rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Massadas's zone, Óscar Leiria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Monteiro came out of the goal and Óscar Leiria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Porcarica FC's Manuel Pinho in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Massadas's goalie prevented a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduardo Paredes was the one to do the kick off. Manuel Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Monteiro having to interfere. Carlos Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Óscar Leiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, SC Massadas's Paulo Nogueira got a free kick in the 55th minute. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Porcarica FC's Óscar Leiria in the 56th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Carlos Monteiro was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for SC Massadas through an amazing save. Óscar Leiria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that David Santarém's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingos Viana was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. After having played for 78 minutes, Eduardo Paredes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Massadas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Paredes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Manuel Pinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Carlos Monteiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Óscar Leiria was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 94th minute, Manuel Delgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Porcarica FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
