Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Afonso Antunes got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Lucas Sousa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of António Coimbra. Portomar FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Sousa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Joel Cunha hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute, Afonso Antunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Coimbra having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Lucas Sousa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quintela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Lucas Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Gil Vaz fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portomar FC's protests and gave Gil Vaz a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Portomar FC got a freekick which was hit by Gil Vaz. In the 29th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Rodrigo Pinto hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Portomar FC's Amadeu Ferro got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Quintela's José Ribeiro got a free kick in the 41st minute. Vasco Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Ferro in the 44th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amadeu Ferro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Gil Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasco Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Cunha in the 55th minute of play. Xavier Machado struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Vasco Leite didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portomar FC. A collision led to Portomar FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Alexandre Reis hit a great ball. In the 70th minute Afonso Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Coimbra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeu Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Afonso Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. António Coimbra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Sousas short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got António Coimbra to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Portomar FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Quintela's performance. The match ended with a win for Quintela.
