Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when David Miranda kicked off to start the match. Pedro Garcia let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 5th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. The supporters of SC Rebolo booed when Ferral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandre Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Machado in the 11th minute of play. SC Rebolo's Alexandre Matias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save SC Rebolo from getting a goal against them. Armando Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Matias having to interfere. In the 16th minute, David Miranda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. António Gomes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Cláudio Gonçalves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armando Luz might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexandre Matias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armando Luz ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Garcia got free with Alexandre Matias in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Pedro Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferral FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Matias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, SC Rebolo's Alexandre Matias got control of the ball when Pedro Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Rebolo's goalkeeper Alexandre Matias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Armando Luz made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Albertino Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Rebolo and the Ferral FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Pedro Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexandre Matias was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Albertino Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Alexandre Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Cruz in the 69th minute of play. When Ferral FC's Pedro Garcia in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Rebolo's goalie prevented a goal. Pedro Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandre Matias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. António Gomes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Miranda's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. The audience was convinced that David Miranda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but António Gomes was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Afonso Guerreiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Rebolo's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Guerreiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. António Gomes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SC Rebolo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
