Afonso Paredes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, SC Cardida's Eduardo Bessa got a free kick in the 21st minute. Vítor Leal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eusébio Pedroso. SC Cardida's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Rebolfo's Daniel Gaspar got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Oliveira Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Cardida's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliveira Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Eusébio Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, SC Rebolfo's Gabriel Amaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eusébio Pedroso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, SC Cardida's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Araújo came free, but Eusébio Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SC Rebolfo booed when SC Cardida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Bessa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nuno Anjos charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuno Anjos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nuno Anjos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. SC Rebolfo's Afonso Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliveira Alves in the 42nd minute of play. In the 47th match minute, SC Rebolfo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Araújo to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Oliveira Alves made the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Amaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Eusébio Pedroso made a huge save. If Oliveira Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Cardida's Nuno Anjos suffered a sore thigh after 60 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Álvaro Guarda charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Álvaro Guarda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SC Rebolfo getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Álvaro Guarda hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Luís Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Luís Paredes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonso Paredes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Araújo in the 71st minute of play forced SC Cardida's goalkeeper Eusébio Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SC Cardida's Oliveira Alves got a free kick in the 87th minute. Raul Araújo struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Eusébio Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Rebolfo. Oliveira Alves hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. If Gabriel Amaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The SC Rebolfo players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SC Cardida from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
