Arnadelo FC's António Santarém proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Arnadelo FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Arnadelo FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Cristóvão Cabral hit a great ball. Prada FC's António Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Amaro in the 6th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arnadelo FC's João Aguiar got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 12th minute Diogo Amaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Américo Assis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without António Santarém having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Paulo Moniz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Paulo Moniz struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. António Santarém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prada FC. Paulo Moniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Américo Assis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Santarém having to interfere. Américo Assis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. António Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Moniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Santarém having to interfere. Américo Assis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diogo Amaro to make the kick off. Ricardo Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Marques having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Diogo Amaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arnadelo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Diogo Amaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. António Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. António Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogo Amaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Moniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Américo Assis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but António Santarém read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Américo Assis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the game, Cristóvão Cabral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arnadelo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prada FC the free kick. Cristóvão Cabral hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. António Santarém showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Assis, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. António Marques made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Ricardo Henriques sent off a good shot on target. In the 94thth minute of the game Diogo Amaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Prada FC's António Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. António Marques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Henriques went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Arnadelo FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
