Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Viriato Dias got the match started through his kick off. Cristiano Ferreira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gustavo Costa. SC Alqueidao's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eduardo Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gustavo Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 36th minute Eduardo Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Dias in the 39th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduardo Moreira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marco Antunes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afonso Sousa having to make a save. Cândido Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Gustavo Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Sousa having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Heitor Fonseca during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Silvas's Heitor Fonseca got a free kick in the 77th minute. Marco Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Sousa having to interfere. Viriato Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Viriato Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cândido Maia came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the SC Silvas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cândido Maia couldn't finish the play. After 96 played minutes SC Alqueidao got a freekick which was hit by José Paredes.
