Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eusébio Barbosa started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Rui Bessa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, SC Lousado's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Barbosa came free, but Heitor Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heitor Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusébio Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, José Lima fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Hugo Branco charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Branco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gavinhos FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Hugo Branco hit a great ball. Fernando Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusébio Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Alberto Ramos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SC Lousado's Heitor Miranda. Heitor Miranda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SC Lousado's Heitor Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Branco in the 34th minute of play. Rodrigo Simões hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Alberto Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gavinhos FC's Eusébio Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The SC Lousado players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gavinhos FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Lima stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Eusébio Barbosa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Heitor Miranda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. José Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Cruz having to interfere. Jorge Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Borges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heitor Abreu hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. José Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Cruz having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Borges during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gavinhos FC booed when SC Lousado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Carlos Jesus fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Lousado's protests and gave Carlos Jesus a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, Carlos Jesus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Ramos struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Heitor Miranda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gavinhos FC. 76 minutes into the game, Heitor Abreu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gavinhos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Lousado the free kick. In the 77th match minute, Gavinhos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heitor Abreu to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Ramos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Heitor Miranda made a huge save. After 84 minutes of play, SC Lousado's José Lima made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hugo Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heitor Miranda having to interfere. In the 91st minute Cristiano Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heitor Miranda was a little too slow when Hugo Branco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 2-2.
