Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gonçalo Borba started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. SC Outao's Hugo Leiria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Faro in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Afonso Gomes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limaos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Outao the free kick. Afonso Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Gabriel Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Pinho having to interfere. Mário Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, SC Outao's Gonçalo Borba got a free kick in the 18th minute. SC Outao's goalie Hugo Leiria was quick on his feet when Gil Pinto aimed and made a shot towards the top left corner. The goalie picked down the ball without great difficulties. Joaquim Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Hugo Leiria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SC Outao getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Rui Valente hit a great ball. Gil Pinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Gonçalo Borba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Outao fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ricardo Fonseca's late challenge caught a SC Outao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Fonseca helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 played minutes Limaos got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Fonseca. 39 minutes into the match, Gabriel Maia notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Limaos's António Pinho. António Pinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Alberto Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mário Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Hugo Leiria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half SC Outao were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mário Faro made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, SC Outao's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Faro came free, but Hugo Leiria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Pinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gil Pinto came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Limaos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gil Pinto couldn't finish the play. In the 65thth minute of the game Mário Faro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Outao's Hugo Leiria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th match minute, Limaos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Leão to maneuver through the defense. SC Outao's Paulo Marques couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 68th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Limaos. After some careless play in the Limaos defense, Gabriel Maia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of António Pinho. The Limaos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that António Pinho should have stopped the shot. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Limaos's goalkeeper António Pinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Gabriel Maia fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Outao's protests and gave Gabriel Maia a yellow card for diving instead. When Mário Faro came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Limaos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mário Faro couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the game, Limaos's Gil Pinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Leiria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Hugo Leiria didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mário Faro went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. SC Outao's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
