Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Paulo Porto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute, Júlio Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 6 minutes on the clock, Sebastião Anjos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Paulo Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cabreiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Porto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano Teixeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basílio Silva's late challenge caught a Cabreiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basílio Silva helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mucelao getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Basílio Silva hit a great ball. Alexandre Cabral took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristiano Teixeira. Cristiano Teixeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Alexandre Cabral succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 22nd playminute. Mucelao's Cristiano Teixeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Mucelao from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Mucelao's Cristiano Teixeira got control of the ball when Alexandre Cabral tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alexandre Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cristiano Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Jesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Monteiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Cristiano Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If Alfredo Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mucelao's Cristiano Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Porto in the 58th minute of play. Mucelao's Gustavo Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Mucelao's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Porto came free, but Cristiano Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mucelao's Basílio Silva got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Alexandre Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 85 minutes, Paulo Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabreiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Cabral in the 91st minute of play forced Mucelao's goalkeeper Cristiano Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mucelao's Cristiano Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Resende in the 96th minute of play.
