Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Sousa got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute, Fernando Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 played minutes SC Pedrogueira got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Castro. Alberto Mendes hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Viriato Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jorge Moniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pataeiro's Joel Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute of the match, Joel Sousa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vicente Machado saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Sousa in the 27th minute of play forced SC Pedrogueira's goalkeeper Vicente Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Jesus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Vicente Machado made a huge save. Fernando Setúbal hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Joel Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Machado having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Pedro Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vicente Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Sousa in the 46th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Pacheco was the one to do the kick off. If Viriato Pacheco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Pataeiro's Jorge Moniz got control of the ball when Viriato Pacheco tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Sousa in the 70th minute of play forced SC Pedrogueira's goalkeeper Vicente Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Viriato Pacheco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Moniz. Pataeiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viriato Pacheco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Manuel Jesus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90thth minute of the game Joel Sousa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Pedrogueira's Vicente Machado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernando Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Pedrogueira walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
