Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Nuno Faro made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute, Cristóvão Queirós got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SC Mouguelas getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Daniel Rocha hit a great ball. Rogério Teixeira was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cristiano Fontes. Abel Campos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Rogério Teixeira made a huge save. 15 minutes into the match, SC Mouguelas's goalkeeper Rogério Teixeira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Campos. Domingos Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Faro in the 18th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Cristóvão Queirós took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rogério Teixeira to make any attempt to save it. Nuno Faro took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Paiva. Domingos Paiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 29th minute, Abel Campos made a precise shot to the right of Rogério Teixeira. SC Mouguelas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. A hard shot 33 in the game by Abel Campos from a close distance when the talented Rogério Teixeira managed to make a qualified save. SC Mouguelas's players were relieved. Daniel Rocha was shown his second yellow card after 34 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. António Matias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Reis during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Arrancada's Gustavo Reis got a free kick in the 42nd minute. António Matias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristóvão Queirós to make the kick off. António Matias in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Domingos Paiva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 73rd minute, Cristóvão Queirós ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogério Teixeira was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If António Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Mouguelas's Rogério Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Queirós in the 86th minute of play. After some careless play in the SC Mouguelas defense, Cristóvão Queirós kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogério Teixeira. The SC Mouguelas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogério Teixeira should have stopped the shot. If Cristóvão Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomás Magalhães during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Tomás Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Arrancada fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Mouguelas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
