Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when José Ribeiro got the match started through his kick off. Perozinho's Fernando Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Simões in the 4th minute of play. José Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Óscar Martins having to interfere. José Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Óscar Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Borbolega FC's zone, José Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Óscar Martins came out of the goal and José Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernando Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gil Machado hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Hélder Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquim Simões took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Teixeira. Fernando Teixeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder Teixeira in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Teixeira saved Perozinho from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Hélder Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borbolega FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hélder Teixeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Teixeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute of the match Miguel Leão sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Teixeira skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Carlos Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perozinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Leão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Óscar Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Perozinho players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Borbolega FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquim Simões made a kick off. Rui Garcia charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rui Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Ricardo Pedroso fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perozinho's protests and gave Ricardo Pedroso a yellow card for diving instead. Ricardo Pedroso kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Perozinho getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gil Machado hit a great ball. Hélder Teixeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Fernando Teixeira made a huge save. After 61 played minutes Perozinho got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Pedroso. Joaquim Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Leão took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fernando Teixeira. Perozinho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Óscar Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Leão in the 66th minute of the match. When José Ribeiro came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Perozinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Ribeiro couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Carlos Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot.
