After 9 played minutes SC Redondelo got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Castro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Alves in the 10th minute of play forced SC Redondelo's goalkeeper Paulo Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Sandro Alves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Figueiredo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Moutinhosa FC's Vasco Esteves got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Vítor Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st match minute, Moutinhosa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Reis to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Moutinhosa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Pinheiro came free, but Bruno Pacheco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sandro Alves was the one to do the kick off. If Rodrigo Ferro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th minute, Vasco Moniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vítor Pinheiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Moutinhosa FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Emanuel Reis hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Eduardo Pinto in the 66th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Bruno Pacheco's left hand side. Paulo Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Alves in the 70th minute of play. If Vítor Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Bruno Pacheco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SC Redondelo getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Eduardo Pinto hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the game António Teixeira kicked a great long shot which passed Paulo Figueiredo straight ahead into the goal, Result 1-2. One couldn't see António Teixeira behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. If Vítor Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Figueiredo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sandro Alves showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 85 minute of play. Rodrigo Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandro Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Figueiredo having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Moutinhosa FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
