Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Miguel Aleixo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Américo Moura was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. If Vítor Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 minutes, Marco Simões mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Sendas and the SC Obrais players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Afonso Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Obrais's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Porto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Campos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albertino Pinto made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 19thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Américo Moura would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 22 minutes into the game, Miguel Aleixo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Sendas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Obrais the free kick. Afonso Porto scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Campos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nuno Campos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Nogueira in the 30th minute of the match. If Miguel Aleixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th match minute, SC Obrais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Macedo to maneuver through the defense. SC Obrais's Américo Moura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save SC Obrais from getting a goal against them. Albertino Pinto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Américo Moura having to make a save. 49 minutes into the match, SC Obrais's goalkeeper Américo Moura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albertino Pinto. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vítor Martins to strike the kick off in the second half. Américo Moura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Aleixo went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of SC Obrais booed when SC Sendas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Campos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After a rather tough play, SC Sendas's Marco Simões got a free kick in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Martins in the 75th minute of play forced SC Sendas's goalkeeper Nuno Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Américo Moura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Aleixo's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. When Miguel Aleixo came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the SC Sendas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Aleixo couldn't finish the play. Rogério Macedo's late challenge caught a SC Sendas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogério Macedo helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes SC Obrais got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Macedo. Américo Moura came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Sendas's Albertino Pinto. But to his dismay, Albertino Pinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. António Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes SC Obrais got a freekick which was hit by António Nogueira. Paulo Gonçalves charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Gonçalves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 90th minute, Paulo Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
