Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emanuel Lopes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Carlos Anjos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Miguel Aleixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Aleixo having to interfere. The supporters of Ginzo booed when Campeiros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Campos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Lopes in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Lopes in the 18th minute of play forced Campeiros FC's goalkeeper Mariano Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Campeiros FC's Mariano Domingues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Campeiros FC from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute of the match Pedro Rocha shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miguel Aleixo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Óscar Amaro fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ginzo's protests and gave Óscar Amaro a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes Ginzo got a freekick which was hit by Óscar Amaro. Miguel Aleixo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Anjos, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Rafael Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes Ginzo got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Vaz. After a defensive mix-up in Campeiros FC's zone, Emanuel Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Domingues came out of the goal and Emanuel Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the game, Campeiros FC's Rafael Torres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miguel Aleixo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 43 minutes into the game, Emanuel Lopes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mariano Domingues. Emanuel Lopes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. André Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. In the 49th minute of the match Bruno Figueiredo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mariano Domingues skillfully saved the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
After a defensive mix-up in Campeiros FC's zone, Óscar Amaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Domingues came out of the goal and Óscar Amaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Carlos Anjos came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Campeiros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Anjos couldn't finish the play. Miguel Aleixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Torres in the 56th minute of the match. After 58 minutes of play Ginzo's Óscar Amaro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Óscar Amaro hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. A nice corner shot did that David Campos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Miguel Aleixo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Miguel Aleixo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Campeiros FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ginzo.
