Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Júlio Nascimento made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, SC Carnapata's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Nascimento came free, but Carlos Aleixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roda's Heitor Lima managed to work through SC Carnapata's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Heitor Lima dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Carlos Aleixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Nascimento in the 6th minute of the match. Heitor Lima's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Aleixo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. If Armindo Brás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heitor Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Carlos Aleixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filipe Teixeira charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filipe Teixeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, SC Carnapata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in SC Carnapata's zone, Heitor Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Aleixo came out of the goal and Heitor Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Fernandes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Simões read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Armindo Brás rounded Roda's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. SC Carnapata's Carlos Aleixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heitor Lima in the 29th minute of play. Armindo Brás fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Simões having to interfere. Júlio Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, SC Carnapata's Pedro Costa got a free kick in the 36th minute. Carlos Aleixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Nascimento in the 39th minute of play. David Faro kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Miguel Sousa charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Sousa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Miguel Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armindo Brás made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Roda's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Fernandes came free, but Ricardo Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When António Coelho fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roda's protests and gave António Coelho a yellow card for diving instead. Júlio Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Aleixo having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Alberto Fernandes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Carnapata's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roda the free kick. 61 minutes into the match, Alberto Fernandes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Simões. Roda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Fernandes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Filipe Vaz took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Carlos Aleixo to make any attempt to save it. Heitor Lima was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 72nd minute, Heitor Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlos Aleixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Nascimento in the 75th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Roda's zone, Alberto Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Simões came out of the goal and Alberto Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardo Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armindo Brás, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Miguel Sousa was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Roda getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Miguel Sousa hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the game, Jacinto Mota was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Carnapata's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roda the free kick. Jacinto Mota hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carlos Aleixo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Heitor Lima couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Júlio Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Aleixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Brás in the 96th minute of play forced Roda's goalkeeper Ricardo Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The SC Carnapata support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
