Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Simão Figueiredo came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Salga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simão Figueiredo couldn't finish the play. David Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diogo Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Morais in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Salga FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Paulo Lima hit a great ball. Mariano Morais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salga FC's Diogo Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Gomes in the 18th minute of play. With a little luck, Terena FC's Daniel Rodrigues got control of the ball when Hélder Campos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Sá during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eduardo Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Mariano Morais recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Salga FC's zone, Mariano Morais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diogo Amaral came out of the goal and Mariano Morais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Rodrigues made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hélder Campos in the 30th minute. Simão Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Daniel Rodrigues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, one of Terena FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Daniel Rodrigues had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Rui Aleixo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Rui Aleixo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Daniel Rodrigues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd minute, David Gomes made a precise shot to the right of Diogo Amaral. Salga FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Hélder Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rdth minute of the game Simão Figueiredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terena FC's Daniel Rodrigues was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. David Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute David Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Salga FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Gomes came free, but Diogo Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by David Gomes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 80th minute Hélder Campos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Gomes got free with Diogo Amaral in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the game, Ricardo Almeida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salga FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Terena FC the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, Salga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Morais might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diogo Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Morais ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Rodrigues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélder Campos went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Salga FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Terena FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
