Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Miranda in the 12th minute of play forced SC Alventela's goalkeeper Lúcio Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Alventela's Lúcio Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Miranda in the 17th minute of play. André Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Alventela's goalkeeper Lúcio Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute Afonso Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heitor Freitas hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Afonso Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Lúcio Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afonso Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lúcio Magalhães came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Candemil's Afonso Miranda. But to his dismay, Afonso Miranda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. André Campos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Tiago Viegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After 52 minutes, Nuno Antunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Candemil and the SC Alventela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nuno Antunes hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the match, SC Alventela's André Campos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiago Viegas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Basílio Mendes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lúcio Magalhães. SC Alventela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nuno Antunes struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Lúcio Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Candemil. In the 65th minute João Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Viegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiago Viegas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 73rd minute, André Campos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Vale in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago Viegas saved Candemil from getting behind. In the 77th minute, André Campos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Viegas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 83rd minute, Afonso Miranda made a precise shot to the right of Lúcio Magalhães. SC Alventela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 88th minute André Campos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Viegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lúcio Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Mendes in the 91st minute of play. Miguel Borges hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Candemil's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
