After having played for 19 minutes, Pedro Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Usseira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artur Costa in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afonso Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afonso Torres having to make a save. Pedro Fonseca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Torres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Costa in the 58th minute of play forced Ortigueira FC's goalkeeper Afonso Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Antunes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lourenço Gueifão firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lourenço Gueifão was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gabriel Correia. Pedro Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Pedro Fonseca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonso Torres was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 73rd minute of the match Mário Cunha shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Afonso Torres showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Raul Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Lourenço Gueifão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Antunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Lourenço Gueifão made a huge save. A collision led to SC Usseira getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Nuno Freitas hit a great ball. Ortigueira FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
