Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when José Nogueira kicked off to start the match. Vítor Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Antunes in the 4th minute of the match. Vítor Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristóvão Antunes in the 6th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Setúbal in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vítor Soares saved SC Gafete from getting behind. João Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vítor Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Setúbal scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vítor Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomás Soares hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Pedro Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Joaquim Rodrigues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filipe Almeida hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 34 played minutes Arrabal got a freekick which was hit by João Setúbal. José Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Rodrigues having to interfere. Joaquim Machado charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquim Machado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. José Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Rodrigues having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristóvão Antunes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Setúbal got free with Vítor Soares in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquim Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, SC Gafete's Afonso Castro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 58 minutes, José Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Gafete's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Nogueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Rodrigues having to interfere. When José Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the SC Gafete fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Nogueira couldn't finish the play. In the 62ndth minute of the game José Nogueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arrabal's Joaquim Rodrigues was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquim Rodrigues stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Nascimento's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Arrabal's João Setúbal got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Gafete's Vítor Soares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save SC Gafete from getting a goal against them. In the 78th match minute, SC Gafete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Assunção to maneuver through the defense. Vítor Soares acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 81st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jorge Leiria. In the 82nd minute of the game, José Nogueira landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Leiria during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for SC Gafete. Afonso Castro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Joaquim Rodrigues. 1-1. João Setúbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Soares having to interfere. If Gabriel Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. SC Gafete's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Cristóvão Antunes scored to the left of an out of position Vítor Soares, making the score, 1-2. 98 minutes into the match, Vítor Mota had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vítor Soares. SC Gafete's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vítor Mota was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Arrabal walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
