In the 5th minute, Afonso Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duarte Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Leal having to interfere. Bernardo Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xavier Brito in the 13th minute. SC Argande's Nuno Matos got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vasco Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Gonçalves in the 18th minute of play. After some careless play in the Silvaescura FC defense, Nuno Matos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vasco Leal. The Silvaescura FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vasco Leal should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, SC Argande's Eusébio Valente got a free kick in the 23rd minute. A collision led to SC Argande getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eusébio Valente hit a great ball. Bernardo Silva was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Carlos Lisboa. In the 33rd minute Daniel Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Paiva in the 34th minute. If Nuno Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Álvaro Torres came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Silvaescura FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Álvaro Torres couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes into the match, Xavier Brito notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of SC Argande's Bernardo Silva. Bernardo Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

When Silvaescura FC's Daniel Paiva in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Argande's goalie prevented a goal. In the 58th minute, Daniel Paiva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Silvaescura FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Bento Setúbal hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Silvaescura FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Bernardo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. SC Argande's Bernardo Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Brito in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of Silvaescura FC booed when SC Argande was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bento Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Lisboa's late challenge caught a SC Argande's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Lisboa helped the player get up and apologised. Bernardo Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Xavier Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silvaescura FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavier Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute Daniel Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 99 played minutes SC Argande got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Veiga. Bernardo Silva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xavier Brito's shot from short distance in the 101st minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
