Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Inácio Vaz took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 8 minutes, Lucas Guarda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Forneiros and the Contenca players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, SC Forneiros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Guarda to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Inácio Vaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vasco Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Joaquim Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Faro struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Joaquim Lima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Forneiros. Emílio Ramos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Veiga got free with André Aleixo in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vasco Guerreiro struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Joaquim Lima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Forneiros. Paulo Veiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but André Aleixo made a huge save. 34 minutes into the match, Vasco Guerreiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquim Lima. Contenca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasco Guerreiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Vasco Guerreiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Faro in the 40th minute of play forced Contenca's goalkeeper Joaquim Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Faro to make the kick off. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Contenca's goalkeeper Joaquim Lima, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 59th match minute, Contenca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Pires to maneuver through the defense. Vasco Guerreiro let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 60th minute shot 2-2 at rihgt post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasco Guerreiro got free with Joaquim Lima in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Afonso Sá's late challenge caught a SC Forneiros's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Afonso Sá helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Manuel Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Forneiros's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Faro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquim Lima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute, Vasco Guerreiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Forneiros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Vasco Guerreiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Vasco Guerreiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Contenca's Joaquim Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Faro in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Vasco Guerreiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Paulo Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 95 minutes, Inácio Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Contenca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inácio Vaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Veiga struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. André Aleixo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Contenca. When the final whistle sounded SC Forneiros left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Contenca.
