Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mário Leal started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mário Leal in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Esteves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Joaquim Leão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Esteves was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. David Setúbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Fontes having to interfere. Joaquim Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Tabuacas FC's Mário Leal got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th match minute, Tabuacas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Delgado to maneuver through the defense. Abel Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário Leal in the 30th minute of the match. David Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armindo Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Setúbal in the 33rd minute of play. Joel Faria hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Abel Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Torno getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Joel Faria hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
If Mário Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56th play minutes Mário Leal shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Abel Esteves and just under the crossbar into goal. Mário Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquim Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Esteves having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Tabuacas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliveira Dantas came free, but Armindo Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armindo Fontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Setúbal, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oliveira Dantas during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joaquim Leão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Abel Esteves made a huge save. Abel Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Leal in the 84th minute of play. With a little luck, Torno's Abel Esteves got control of the ball when Joaquim Leão tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Tabuacas FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Torno throughout the match.
