Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Marco Guerreiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Marco Guerreiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristiano Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Vaz having to interfere. Humberto Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Guerreiro in the 8th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Marco Guerreiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madail FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Guerreiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marco Guerreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Vaz having to interfere. After 14 played minutes SC Silvite got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Cardoso. After a defensive mix-up in Madail FC's zone, David Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Cunha came out of the goal and David Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the match, Madail FC's goalkeeper Rui Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Nascimento. 18 minutes into the match, Madail FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Valente came free, but Rui Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Melo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Amadeu Valente in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 27 minutes into the match, SC Silvite's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Guerreiro came free, but Humberto Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Cunha made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Nascimento in the 30th minute. Madail FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amadeu Valente 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Humberto Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, SC Silvite's Eusébio Moutinho seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eusébio Moutinho the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SC Silvite protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eusébio Moutinho had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Madail FC. Rui Almeida stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Humberto Vaz. 1-1.

The wind increased when David Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game David Nascimento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Madail FC's Rui Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Silvite's zone, Cristiano Aguiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Vaz came out of the goal and Cristiano Aguiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Madail FC's Rui Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Nascimento in the 58th minute of play. Humberto Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Guerreiro in the 60th minute of play. Rui Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Nascimento in the 62nd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, SC Silvite's goalkeeper Humberto Vaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristiano Aguiar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Guerreiro in the 70th minute of play forced SC Silvite's goalkeeper Humberto Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Cristiano Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Madail FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Aguiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rui Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Cristiano Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madail FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Aguiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. SC Silvite's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marco Guerreiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 100 minutes SC Silvite's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rui Almeida who took care of the corner kick. The Madail FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Madail FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
