Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sandro Santarém made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute of the match Viriato Anjos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Óscar Sá showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Sandro Santarém's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filipe Araújo was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. António Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Araújo having to interfere. Sandro Santarém struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Filipe Araújo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrancos. If Sandro Santarém had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Óscar Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Costa in the 16th minute of the match. Miguel Silva struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Óscar Sá didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Amparo. After having played for 21 minutes, Xavier Nunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Nunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Barrancos's Sandro Santarém sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filipe Araújo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sandro Santarém sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandro Santarém received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Filipe Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Barrancos's goal looked a bit too open when João Costa came free, but Óscar Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute João Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes SC Amparo got a freekick which was hit by Amílcar Alves. In the 45th minute, Eusébio Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Sandro Santarém might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filipe Araújo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sandro Santarém ran back to his position shaking his head. António Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Filipe Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 played minutes SC Amparo got a freekick which was hit by Amílcar Alves. In the 65th minute Sandro Santarém shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in SC Amparo's zone, António Coelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filipe Araújo came out of the goal and António Coelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xavier Nunes charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xavier Nunes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th match minute, Barrancos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Nunes to maneuver through the defense. Óscar Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Silva in the 77th minute of play. Filipe Araújo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sandro Santarém showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 83 minute of play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Amparo's goalkeeper Filipe Araújo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miguel Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When João Costa fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Amparo's protests and gave João Costa a yellow card for diving instead. João Costa hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Filipe Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Santarém in the 95th minute of the match. The Barrancos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Barrancos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
