Filipe Gonçalves was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Amílcar Paredes. Rui Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Setúbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Antuzede's Daniel Martins got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Prestimo FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Gabriel Teixeira hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the game, SC Antuzede's Daniel Martins nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rui Torres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Joaquim Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 23 played minutes Prestimo FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Costa. When Daniel Martins got free in front of the goal in the 25th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Rui Torres was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Setúbal in the 26th minute of play forced Prestimo FC's goalkeeper Rui Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Setúbal in the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of SC Antuzede booed when Prestimo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Trindade charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Trindade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SC Antuzede getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. José Trindade hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, one of SC Antuzede:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Antuzede. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Setúbal in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Martins in the 41st minute of play forced Prestimo FC's goalkeeper Rui Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquim Setúbal took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rui Torres. Rui Torres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vítor Nascimento was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Daniel Martins made a precise shot to the right of Rui Torres. Prestimo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Daniel Martins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Rui Torres made a huge save. In the 63rd match minute, Prestimo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílcar Paredes to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Setúbal in the 65th minute of play forced Prestimo FC's goalkeeper Rui Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Gonçalves having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, Prestimo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Antunes to maneuver through the defense. SC Antuzede's Filipe Gonçalves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Nascimento in the 82nd minute of play. Joaquim Setúbal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rui Torres came out and tried to block the shot, but Joaquim Setúbal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 83rd minute. Vítor Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Filipe Gonçalves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filipe Gonçalves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Prestimo FC's Rui Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to save Prestimo FC from getting a goal against them.
