Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pedro Delgado kicked off to start the match. Atiaes FC's Nuno Matos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Teixeira in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Delgado in the 10th minute of play forced SC Juncal's goalkeeper Manuel Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Atiaes FC's Nuno Matos got control of the ball when Eduardo Ribeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafael Guerreiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Leal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Ribeiro got free with Nuno Matos in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute Pedro Delgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Juncal's goalkeeper Manuel Leal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tomás Delgado's late challenge caught a Atiaes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Delgado helped the player get up and apologised.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Teixeira was the one to do the kick off. When SC Juncal's Eduardo Ribeiro in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atiaes FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 65th minute, Rafael Guerreiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Manuel Leal. The goal made the score 0-1. In the 74th minute, Rafael Guerreiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atiaes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 81st minute, Amílcar Pinho made a precise shot to the right of Nuno Matos. Atiaes FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Manuel Santarém charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Santarém the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 minutes, Daniel Resende mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Juncal and the Atiaes FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nuno Matos came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Juncal's Eduardo Ribeiro. But to his dismay, Eduardo Ribeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
