Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Catarino Pacheco made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Catarino Pacheco in the 5th minute of play forced SC Gondiais's goalkeeper Amadeu Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th match minute, SC Rosmaninho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Leite to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Borges in the 9th minute of play. Jacinto Brito took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Leão. Carlos Leão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to SC Gondiais getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. João Borges hit a great ball. If Jacinto Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Catarino Pacheco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amadeu Pereira was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. With his leg Amadeu Pereira managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when SC Rosmaninho's Pedro Pereira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Pedro Pereira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Rosmaninho's Catarino Pacheco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amadeu Pereira. That made the score 1-1 after 26 minutes of play. Jacinto Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes SC Gondiais got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Tavares. Amadeu Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Catarino Pacheco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquim Assunção hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. When Catarino Pacheco came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SC Rosmaninho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Catarino Pacheco couldn't finish the play. Catarino Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Amadeu Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Brito in the 47th minute of play forced SC Rosmaninho's goalkeeper Carlos Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacinto Brito made a kick off. When SC Rosmaninho's Pedro Pereira in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Gondiais's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of SC Rosmaninho booed when SC Gondiais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. Catarino Pacheco struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Amadeu Pereira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Rosmaninho. Carlos Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Amadeu Pereira came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Rosmaninho's Pedro Pereira. But to his dismay, Pedro Pereira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Rosmaninho fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! José Moutinho's late challenge caught a SC Rosmaninho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Moutinho helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC Gondiais's José Moutinho got a free kick in the 74th minute. Pedro Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Amadeu Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Bernardo Tavares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Gondiais's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Rosmaninho the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Gondiais fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! In the 80th minute there was a penalty for SC Rosmaninho. Rogério Barros stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Amadeu Pereira. 3-2. Amadeu Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Catarino Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Pedro Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Amadeu Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 played minutes SC Gondiais got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Assunção. Pedro Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Catarino Pacheco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute Pedro Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Gondiais's José Moutinho got a free kick in the 97th minute. If Pedro Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Rosmaninho walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
