Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Américo Mendes kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, one of SC Sambada:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The score was 1-0 after a penalty in the 5th minute, where SC Cidreira:s Augusto Almeida tricked SC Sambada:s Vítor Amaral with a difficult ball by the left post. Bernardo Leites short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Vítor Amaral to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vítor Amaral made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Bernardo Leite sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingos Costa during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Domingos Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Bernardo Leite in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vítor Amaral, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 24 minutes into the match, SC Sambada's goalkeeper Vítor Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Leite. The supporters of SC Cidreira booed when SC Sambada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vítor Amaral made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Bernardo Leite sent off a good shot on target. Tiago Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, SC Sambada's goalkeeper Vítor Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Leite. Vítor Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiago Carneiro's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Tiago Carneiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Bernardo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tiago Carneiro made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Carneiro in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vítor Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55th minute, Joel Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Campos kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. With a little luck, SC Cidreira's Abel Amorim got control of the ball when Alberto Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in SC Sambada's zone, Bernardo Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Amaral came out of the goal and Bernardo Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute Tiago Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. António Moreira's late challenge caught a SC Sambada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. António Moreira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SC Cidreira getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. António Moreira hit a great ball. Bernardo Leite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiago Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, SC Sambada's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Carneiro came free, but Vítor Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90th play minutes Tiago Carneiro shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Vítor Amaral and just under the crossbar into goal. SC Cidreira walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
