Armindo Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute Armindo Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Luz in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emanuel Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Grainho FC's zone, Manuel Brás stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Luz came out of the goal and Manuel Brás tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute Armando Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute Armindo Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Gaspar charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. During the 70th minute of the match Lucas Gaspar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lucas Gaspar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 71st match minute, Grainho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. If Tiago Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armindo Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 minutes, Armando Luz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grainho FC and the Moucheira players grew even worse after the yellow card.
