After 31 played minutes SC Jaca got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Setúbal. Fábio Pereira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto Tavares went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Luís Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fábio Pereira was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Fábio Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Nogueira in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Jaca's zone, Luís Nogueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fábio Pereira came out of the goal and Luís Nogueira tried to chip the ball over his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Duarte Macedo was the one to do the kick off. Fábio Pereira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaspar Brito went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 83rd match minute, SC Jaca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Costa to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Duarte Macedo during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
