Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Francisco Lisboa made the kick off which started today's match. Cristiano Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Travassos's zone, Francisco Lisboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amílcar Azevedo came out of the goal and Francisco Lisboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Faria during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Nuno Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Leiria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingos Leite was a little too slow when Cristiano Rodrigues got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Rodrigues in the 28th minute of play forced Farrobo's goalkeeper Domingos Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Pedroso's late challenge caught a Travassos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Pedroso helped the player get up and apologised. Henrique Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amílcar Azevedo having to interfere. Farrobo's Francisco Lisboa got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Francisco Lisboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute, Travassos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Francisco Lisboa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Pedro Leiria struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Domingos Leite didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Travassos. Domingos Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Leiria in the 58th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Nuno Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th match minute, Farrobo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Pedroso to maneuver through the defense. Domingos Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Leiria in the 69th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Henrique Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Farrobo's supporters rose to their feet, but Henrique Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amílcar Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Lisboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 79 minutes into the match, Farrobo's Francisco Lisboa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amílcar Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henrique Barbosa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Amílcar Azevedo firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Cristiano Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Travassos's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Fernandes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingos Leite breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domingos Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Travassos's Cristiano Rodrigues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domingos Leite narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
