After 44 minutes, Adelino Branco made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Farrobo's Domingos Leite tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Hugo Coimbra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrique Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Lisboa in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Coimbra saved Murteirinha FC from getting behind. If Francisco Lisboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Coimbra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Lisboa's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute.
