Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fernando Rodrigues stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Torres's shot from short distance in the 2nd minute. João Torres might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Rodrigues. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Torres ran back to his position shaking his head. If André Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquim Leite struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Henrique Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farminhao. 18 minutes into the match, Farminhao's goal looked a bit too open when João Torres came free, but Fernando Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Afonso Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alfouvez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If André Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Garcia having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, João Torres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, André Abreu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fernando Rodrigues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when João Torres made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Fábio Viegas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Farminhao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alfouvez the free kick. In the 51st minute, Fábio Viegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 minutes Farminhao's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rogério Matos who took care of the corner kick. If João Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, Farminhao's Jorge Amorim got a free kick in the 68th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Alfouvez's Rogério Matos tried to score from far away in the 69th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fernando Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Abreu in the 71st minute of the match. In the 75th minute João Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Rodrigues having to interfere. If João Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Alfouvez getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Lourenço Veiga hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Farminhao's Fábio Viegas seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fábio Viegas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Farminhao protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fábio Viegas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 96th minute, one of Farminhao:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Farminhao. Rogério Matos shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Alfouvez were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Farminhao for a fine match.
