Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vítor Borges got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Borges in the 3rd minute of play forced Esmojais FC's goalkeeper Sebastião Valente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Esmojais FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Borges came free, but Sebastião Valente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandre Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Brito having to interfere. In the 34th minute Vítor Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastião Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Esmojais FC's zone, Vítor Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastião Valente came out of the goal and Vítor Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fábio Nogueira in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Brito saved Amioso FC from getting behind. The supporters of Esmojais FC booed when Amioso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filipe Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. David Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexandre Moura made a kick off. If Vítor Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Vítor Neves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Esmojais FC defense, Vasco Assis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastião Valente. The Esmojais FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastião Valente should have stopped the shot. Alexandre Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Brito having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Amioso FC's Vasco Assis got a free kick in the 67th minute. When Esmojais FC's Alexandre Moura in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Amioso FC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Vítor Borges's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastião Valente was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Amioso FC had played much better football throughout.
