Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mário Santos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Oliveira Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Barcarena FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliveira Teixeira couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Artur Valente in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg António Gonçalves saved Niza from getting behind. A hard shot 12 in the game by Mariano Barbosa from a close distance when the talented Cristiano Gonçalves managed to make a qualified save. Barcarena FC's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Niza's Mário Santos got a free kick in the 16th minute. António Gonçalves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Artur Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Oliveira Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. António Gonçalves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Valente in the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Barcarena FC's Gabriel Fonseca got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A hard shot 36 in the game by Mariano Barbosa from a close distance when the talented Cristiano Gonçalves managed to make a qualified save. Barcarena FC's players were relieved. After having played for 37 minutes, Mariano Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Barbosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mário Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artur Valente to make the kick off. António Gonçalves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Valente in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Barcarena FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Amílcar Castro hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Barbosa in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristiano Gonçalves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. António Gonçalves made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Oliveira Teixeira sent off a good shot on target. Niza's António Gonçalves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Niza from getting a goal against them. Cristiano Gonçalves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário Santos in the 75th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Afonso Paredes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barcarena FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niza the free kick. Afonso Paredes kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Marco Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariano Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Gonçalves having to interfere. António Gonçalves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oliveira Teixeira in the 84th minute. If Mário Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Barcarena FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
