Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquim Ferro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mariano Faro. Abades FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Tiago Dantas took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Xavier Barros to make any attempt to save it. Lucas Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Barros having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Abades FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Barros to maneuver through the defense. Tiago Dantas took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xavier Barros. Xavier Barros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 34th minute, Raul Costa made a precise shot to the right of Mariano Faro. Abades FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Raul Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Raul Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carapereiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raul Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Faro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiago Dantas to make the kick off. Raul Costa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Mariano Faro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tiago Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Barros having to interfere. António Ramos hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Abades FC's Mariano Faro got control of the ball when Raul Costa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiago Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Xavier Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tiago Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
