In the 93rd minute, Fernando Paredes fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Diamantino Assis, passed just outside the right post. 95 minutes into the game, Mário Viana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Diamantino Assis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Perafita had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
