Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomás Coelho made the kick off which started today's match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Coelho in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Guerreiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 6th minute, Nuno Guerreiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ponteira FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a little luck, Barcelinhos FC's Ricardo Guerreiro got control of the ball when Nuno Guerreiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Ponteira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Neto to maneuver through the defense. After 12 played minutes, Barcelinhos FC's Jorge Valente shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marco Amaro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barcelinhos FC reached it. In the 14th minute, Adolfo Leão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Alexandre Aleixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Vale in the 17th minute of play forced Ponteira FC's goalkeeper Marco Amaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Guerreiro was a little too slow when Tomás Coelho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Vale in the 24th minute of play forced Ponteira FC's goalkeeper Marco Amaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th match minute, Ponteira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Martins to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Barcelinhos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Coelho came free, but Ricardo Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Amaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Vale in the 30th minute of the match. Ricardo Guerreiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandre Aleixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sérgio Nascimento hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Marco Amaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Tomás Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barcelinhos FC's Ricardo Guerreiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Coelho in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Paulo Vale made the kick off in the second half. João Morais took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marco Amaro. Ponteira FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Barcelinhos FC's Alexandre Aleixo got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 59 played minutes Ponteira FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Barbosa. Barcelinhos FC's Ricardo Guerreiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Coelho in the 63rd minute of play. Nuno Guerreiro kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Ponteira FC's Nuno Guerreiro in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barcelinhos FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ponteira FC's zone, Alexandre Aleixo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Amaro came out of the goal and Alexandre Aleixo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Ponteira FC's goalkeeper Marco Amaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexandre Aleixo. Alexandre Aleixos short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Marco Amaro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tomás Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ricardo Guerreiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Ponteira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Vale came free, but Marco Amaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ponteira FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
