Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alexandre Macedo got the match started through his kick off. Carlos Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Pedro Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute Alexandre Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Brás saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filipe Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filipe Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Pedro Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Gonçalves might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miguel Brás. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armando Gonçalves ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Macedo in the 18th minute of play forced SC Bostelo's goalkeeper Miguel Brás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Santarém made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Faria in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match, Filipe Setúbal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Santarém was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Funcheira FC's Eusébio Cardoso got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Carlos Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Carlos Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Bostelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Santarém breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filipe Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Pedro Santarém showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Carlos Pereira made the kick off in the second half. Armando Gonçalves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miguel Brás having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Luz in the 55th minute of play forced Funcheira FC's goalkeeper Pedro Santarém to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Santarém took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sérgio Carvalho charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sérgio Carvalho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Filipe Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Funcheira FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Gonçalo Leiria hit a great ball. SC Bostelo's Carlos Pereira got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Funcheira FC's Armando Gonçalves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miguel Brás narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SC Bostelo's Miguel Brás proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save SC Bostelo from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Funcheira FC booed when SC Bostelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonçalo Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, SC Bostelo's Miguel Brás got control of the ball when Armando Gonçalves tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Funcheira FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Bostelo.
