After a rather tough play, Pagade's Bruno Valente got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Pagade's Afonso Pinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Pagade from getting a goal against them. Afonso Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Faro in the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Pagade got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Gueifão. After 20 played minutes Pagade got a freekick which was hit by Óscar Pereira. Catarino Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Afonso Pinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristóvão Borba in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Bruno Valente had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio Nascimento. Frazumeira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Valente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Frazumeira's Sérgio Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Álvaro Soares in the 43rd minute of play. Afonso Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Faro in the 45th minute of the match. The Frazumeira players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pagade were winning 0-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Óscar Leão to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Álvaro Soares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sérgio Nascimento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Óscar Leão in the 54th minute. Óscar Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Sérgio Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viriato Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 73 played minutes Pagade got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Valente. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Óscar Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pagade's supporters rose to their feet, but Óscar Leão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sérgio Nascimento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute Mariano Faro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes Pagade got a freekick which was hit by Óscar Pereira. In the 84th minute of the match Viriato Garcia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Afonso Pinto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Álvaro Soares got free with Sérgio Nascimento in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Catarino Mota hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Óscar Leão in the 92nd minute of play forced Frazumeira's goalkeeper Sérgio Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Cristóvão Borba notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Pagade's Afonso Pinto. Afonso Pinto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
