Henrique Torres in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sandro Moutinho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Henrique Torres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Sandro Moutinho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 19th minute Inácio Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adelino Brás saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inácio Paiva couldn't finish the play. Cristiano Cruz hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Armando Neves scored 4-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sandro Moutinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristiano Pereira hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute of the match Alexandre Coimbra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sandro Moutinho skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Alexandre Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Arnozelo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Gomes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Faial FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
