Eduardo Gomes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, David Morais skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Filipe Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. João Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amílcar Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, SC Patudos's Amílcar Almeida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Leão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eduardo Gomes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. David Morais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Patudos's goalkeeper David Morais, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Orvalhos's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Torres came free, but João Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lourenço Gueifão during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Orvalhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lourenço Gueifão to maneuver through the defense. Orvalhos's André Porto got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Eduardo Gomes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filipe Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filipe Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Leão having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filipe Torres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. João Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Torres in the 51st minute of play. In the 57th minute, SC Patudos's Filipe Torres ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind João Leão. João Leão yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in SC Patudos's zone, André Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Morais came out of the goal and André Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduardo Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Morais having to interfere. José Sá's late challenge caught a SC Patudos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Sá helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, José Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filipe Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filipe Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Leão having to interfere. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Orvalhos! When the match had been going on for 81 minutes, SC Patudos's Cláudio Delgado got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of João Leão. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cláudio Delgado during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cláudio Delgado kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Patudos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emílio Fernandes was slow to take the kick. During this time Orvalhos's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Emílio Fernandes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this David Morais quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. André Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. David Morais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over SC Patudos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Orvalhos throughout the match.
