The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nuno Soares was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Alcobaca booed when SC Chaveiral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, SC Chaveiral's goal looked a bit too open when António Abreu came free, but Domingos Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
