Rafael Pereira struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Cláudio Lima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Samorim. In the 40th minute, Fernando Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ricardo Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, SC Samorim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Sousa to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardo Sousa to make the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, SC Samorim's Ricardo Sousa made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cláudio Lima was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardo Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Ricardo Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 67th minute, Eusébio Pinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cláudio Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Cláudio Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 played minutes Picadouro FC got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Amaral. In the 79th minute, Ricardo Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Filipe Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Vaz having to interfere. Lourenço Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Rafael Pereira scored 2-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cláudio Lima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
