Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pedro Carneiro made the kick off which started today's match. Fadagosa's João Faria got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Nascimento got free with Mário Miranda in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 9 played minutes Pedro Carneiro rounded Fadagosa's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 14th minute Rafael Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Assunção saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carrapateira FC's goalkeeper Joel Assunção, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Carrapateira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Torres came free, but Joel Assunção reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fadagosa's goalkeeper Mário Miranda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fadagosa's Rafael Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Carrapateira FC's Vítor Almeida got a free kick in the 28th minute. Rafael Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Fadagosa booed when Carrapateira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Pinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Carrapateira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Torres came free, but Joel Assunção reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fadagosa's João Faria in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carrapateira FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rodrigo Pinto's late challenge caught a Fadagosa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Pinto helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Carrapateira FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Rodrigo Pinto hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Rafael Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Assunção having to interfere. The supporters of Fadagosa booed when Carrapateira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Pinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Artur Macedo fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fadagosa's protests and gave Artur Macedo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Fadagosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Macedo to maneuver through the defense. Mário Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusébio Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. When Eusébio Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Carrapateira FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Nascimento couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Pedro Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Mário Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Pedro Carneiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mário Miranda was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Mário Miranda came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Carrapateira FC's Pedro Carneiro. But to his dismay, Pedro Carneiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Carrapateira FC's zone, João Faria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Assunção came out of the goal and João Faria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Rafael Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Carneiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fadagosa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Carrapateira FC.
