Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Miguel Torres scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Fontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Vilarinho's Tomás Pires dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Vilarinho's Eduardo Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Esteves in the 22nd minute of play. Jorge Pedroso's late challenge caught a Vilarinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Pedroso helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 played minutes Chouto FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Pedroso. When Miguel Torres fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chouto FC's protests and gave Miguel Torres a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vilarinho booed when Chouto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vilarinho's Vicente Castro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chouto FC. After 33 played minutes Chouto FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Torres. With a little luck, Chouto FC's Lourenço Brás got control of the ball when André Luz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th minute, Afonso Moutinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eduardo Fontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 44th minute, Jorge Pedroso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chouto FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delfim Esteves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Afonso Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54th minute Delfim Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Fontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vilarinho's goalkeeper Eduardo Fontes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Chouto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Pires came free, but Lourenço Brás reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Lourenço Brás tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Chouto FC's zone, André Luz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lourenço Brás came out of the goal and André Luz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delfim Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 71 played minutes Vilarinho got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Moreira. Tomás Pires scored 2-3 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lourenço Brás, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd match minute, Vilarinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Moreira to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Aguiar, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some careless play in the Vilarinho defense, Afonso Moutinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eduardo Fontes. The Vilarinho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eduardo Fontes should have stopped the shot. In the 96th minute Tomás Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lourenço Brás saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Vilarinho supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chouto FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Chouto FC.
