Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alexandre Tavares kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emílio Soares during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Paralheira's Alexandre Esteves got control of the ball when Nuno Porto tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Nuno Porto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 14 minutes into the match, Gabriel Maia notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Trigais FC's Lourenço Branco. Lourenço Branco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the match, Trigais FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Tavares came free, but Lourenço Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paralheira's goalkeeper Alexandre Esteves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 30 minutes in the game, António Vaz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alexandre Esteves having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Trigais FC's zone, Gabriel Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lourenço Branco came out of the goal and Gabriel Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gabriel Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Duarte Araújo fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trigais FC's protests and gave Duarte Araújo a yellow card for diving instead. André Aleixo, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Trigais FC's Lourenço Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Maia in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Paralheira were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. António Vaz was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Maia got free with Lourenço Branco in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alexandre Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuno Porto in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandre Esteves saved Paralheira from getting behind. The long shot by Artur Amorim in the 67th minute really tested Lourenço Branco's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Trigais FC's Lourenço Branco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Trigais FC from getting a goal against them. If Nuno Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Paralheira's goal looked a bit too open when António Vaz came free, but Alexandre Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Gabriel Maia made a precise shot to the right of Lourenço Branco. Trigais FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Gabriel Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paralheira's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Maia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lourenço Branco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the match, Paralheira's goal looked a bit too open when António Vaz came free, but Alexandre Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Alexandre Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lourenço Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. António Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Heitor Leão charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heitor Leão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Heitor Leão hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. António Vaz struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Alexandre Esteves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trigais FC. The Paralheira players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
