Diamantino Faro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Afonso Guarda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menexas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Afonso Guarda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th match minute, Arco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Leão to maneuver through the defense. Menexas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amadeu Paredes in the 99th minute. Although Menexas FC had been in control for most of the match, Arco still came away with the win.
