Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mancebas's Tiago Brito started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Tiago Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Aleixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arco's Eusébio Aleixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Brito in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute Emanuel Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Lúcio Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arco's Emanuel Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22ndth minute of the game Emanuel Fonseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mancebas's Rogério Reis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Emanuel Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eusébio Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rogério Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mancebas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Emanuel Fonseca scored to the left of an out of position Rogério Reis, making the score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Mancebas's zone, Eusébio Martins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogério Reis came out of the goal and Eusébio Martins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eusébio Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Fonseca in the 37th minute of play forced Mancebas's goalkeeper Rogério Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Fonseca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rogério Reis having to make a save. Eusébio Aleixo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogério Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 46 minutes, Fernando Dias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mancebas and the Arco players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Arco booed when Mancebas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Emanuel Fonseca made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arco's goalkeeper Eusébio Aleixo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tiago Brito struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Eusébio Aleixo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mancebas. 64 minutes into the match, Mancebas's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Fonseca came free, but Rogério Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogério Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 69 minutes of play, Mancebas's Tiago Brito made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eusébio Aleixo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alexandre Henriques received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eusébio Aleixo came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexandre Henriques slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 76th minute. Fernando Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mancebas! In the 88th minute there was a penalty for Arco. Amílcar Leal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rogério Reis. 2-2. Alberto Macedo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Eusébio Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Rogério Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
